I forgot threads can be made under the series names. ^^; You're a genius, Nova! (Or I'm just incredibly dumb. Or both.) =P

However, I can see it also becoming just a big, unorganized gray area regarding shows that cross genres or have yuri pairings that are extremely popular but not the main focus of the series. One example would be Bleach. Bleach has one yuri pairing that has an enormous fanbase and is hinted enough in the series to be considered canon by some (YoruSoi), yet it is obviously not the primary focus of a series about powerups and swinging oversized swords around. Would it go under "action" or would it go under "other?"
Also, another issue is the overall vagueness of the
"action" category. While I know many here have issues with the "magical
girl" genre, it encompasses many shows with prominent yuri fandoms that
would otherwise fall into the general action category (HiME/Otome,
Sailor Moon, Nanoha, Madoka just to name a few). Having a "magical girl"
section, and perhaps an "other action" section, would prevent a single
"action" section from getting too crowded, and possibly clarify some of
the gray areas. The "other action" section could contain stuff like
Queen's Blade, Claymore, etc. as well as other shows like Last Exile
that have prominent yuri pairings.
Gig:is it difficult to add sections to forums? i figure, let's start out
with what kagu mapped out, and then if the mods figure that one section
belongs better in another then it can just switched over? e.g. if we put
in bleach, we won't know how much discussion there will be on the
yorusoi pairing- then if it gets big enough there can be a swap?

I just had a basic "Big Three" in mind for the genres to start with, those being "Action" "Magical Girl" and "School Life."I'm not horribly familiar with any yuri-oriented series outside of those genres, but there's always a chance that I'm forgetting something.Also, I was thinking about including a section for video games as well. I know that GrimGrimoire's kind of niche, but it's good for post-game discussion/fanworks, I think. There's also a couple of Visual Novels that hint heavily towards yuri (or have a good fanbase towards yuri (F/SN, Umineko, I'm looking at you)). Not to mention the wildly popular Touhou shmup series where literally every character is a girl and they all get paired together all the time. Fans are not kidding when they refer to the setting as "Gaysokyo." ._.;
